MOH. I first saw titah Janice walking down the hallway and noticed that we coincidentally had the same backpack during our Freshman year of high school. Never exchanged a word until we were stuck to each other during track practices. From then on we were inseparable; coffee dates, surfing sessions, late night McDonald’s runs, or even Janice coming over and watching me BURN chocolate chip cookies at 9 o’clock at night. Hello, Im Jayven, Ivens (OLDER) brother, I didn’t really like Iven in the beginning, taking all the food and attention was wild for two year old me. Eventually, we actually became good friends and did everything together. Until fall of 2021 happened, SOMEONE took him away. (jk) It’s okay though, at least I don’t have to deal with his snoring anymore… thank you Janice. And for that I pray you two will always put God first and take great care of each other.

How exciting to be the groomsman of the man who has had such a big impact in my life. It’s been amazing to be apart of Iven's journey to this moment. From jumping off silver stairs to finding his perfect pair and eventually get gray hairs (if he doesn’t already) it was always an adventure hanging out, never knew where we were gonna go or what we were gonna do, but we always found a way to have fun. I'm Kat, and I'm thrilled to be one of Janice's bridesmaids. I've had the pleasure of knowing Janice since high school, and she's been an amazing friend ever since. Seeing her and Iven getting married and committing to each other forever fills me with joy. Funny story – the day they officially became a couple, Janice brought Iven to my graduation party. I jokingly asked if he was her boyfriend, not realizing she hadn't introduced him to anyone before. To my surprise, she said yes! Since then, Iven has become like a brother to us. You two are truly meant for each other, and I couldn't be happier to be a part of your wedding party.

I first met Iven through Janice at her 16th birthday party at Waimea's. I remember his goofy and chill demeanor; from there we slowly became closer and I knew we would become friends. My fondest memories of Iven were when we would go to the beach and have a great time talking story, barbecuing and hanging out. If I were to describe Iven in three words, they would be silly, romantic and hardworking. I have seen Iven grow into a fine gentleman, devoting himself to Janice. The first time I met Janice we were at our college Filipino district event. I see this goofy ass hype girl in green just being her completely unapologetic self. Being a Leo, she was a magnetic force that everyone felt safe and happy to be around. From then, I had the pleasure of getting to know the depth she holds and the stories that crafted her into the woman she’s become. Janice and Iven seamlessly became family to LL and I as we spent Thanksgiving together, raved in DC, and unintentionally vacayed to Universal Studios. It’s an absolute honor and blessing to be one of Iven’s groomsman. I’ve only met Iven two years ago and yet I feel like I have a brother I’ve never had but always wanted. I don’t know how it happened, but it did. The moment we met was brief then boom…he became like a brother to me. All of our adventures with Manilyn and Janice in State College, New Jersey, going snowboarding, and going to Orlando (unplanned lol) mean the world to me and I can’t wait for many more in the future. For real though, words cannot describe how I happy I am for the both of you and I am so excited to witness the union of some of the best people I know 🫶🏽

Hello, my name is Rochelle and I am Janice's niece. I knew her since I was about 2 years old. Similarly, I have known Iven for slightly over 5 years. I remember when I first saw him I thought oh that must be another one of Janice’s friends, soooo I never really payed attention. As time passed, however, and the days turned into weeks, months, and eventually years, I can proudly say I’m glad to have them as my auntie and uncle. I’m so happy and excited that they will be getting married soon. The future holds a lot of things, but I know for a fact their love will be unbreakable.

Howzit, I am Janice’s nephew but I’m more like her little brada. These two stooges getting married was something I already saw coming. I knew they were dating the first time I met Iven. It was at Anna Millers and as my mom and I were approaching everyone, I saw Iven sitting next to Janice and right then & there I knew. I sat across from Iven and we talked about random things. Ho brah we was boys that quick. A couple of years pass and he’s living in our house and I’m playing on his XBOX. I’m glad these two are getting married but I’m just real grateful to have these two amazing people in my life.
